Pricing Guide

For the Adventurous Souls, I’m your Photographer.

  • I may be the one person you spend the most time with during your wedding day. I’m there to document the most important moments, as they happen and not to recreate or pose an interaction. You’ll find me both engaged with your guests as well as at-the-ready before the big moments happen.

    During the portrait process, I’m more directive, however I believe in prompting and not posing. My intent is to capture natural and authentic moments as they happen candidly and we’ll work together to create these opportunities.

  • For virtually every wedding, I deliver a preview gallery within a few days of your wedding and a final gallery of both high-resolution and social/sharing formatted images, all edited and downloadable with no watermarks. Please reach out via my contact page for sample galleries.

  • Absolutely not! Although if you have ideas or inspiration I would certainly love to hear about it!

    After your book you’ll receive a photography planning questionnaire that will help to fill in the details of everything I need to know about your wedding day plans. I do include within that space to include names and groupings of both the bridal party and the all of the family group shots. This is the only “shot list” that I request from you.

    About 1.5 months out from your wedding, we will touch base to finalize your timeline and discuss any additional considerations.

  • Travel costs are applied to weddings that have locations requiring more than two hours drive from Boulder, CO or a flight.

    Destination weddings will be customized depending upon the specifics of your location, but generally include two nights hotel and round trip flights out of Denver International Airport.

This collection is ideal for short elopements where everything is generally in one location. If you’re looking to keep things short and simple, this is the way to go.

BEST FOR Very Intimate Elopements & Micro-Weddings, Adventure Sessions and capturing the most important moments.

Bear Peak | $1250

This is my most common elopement package as it allows for more photo opportunities and multiple locations, as well larger wedding parties & groups. This would be ideal if you’re interested in separate ceremony and reception sites.

BEST FOR Elopements & Micro-Weddings with multiple guests, Adventure Sessions and “half-day” coverage.

This is my most popular collection for weddings where everything is at one venue or location. It allows for all the “standard” wedding day coverage but on a shorter timeline.

BEST FOR Any standard style wedding with all the shots, mid sized guest lists & small or farm style gatherings.

*Locations further than 2 hrs from Boulder, CO may subject to travel fee’s.

Longs Peak | $2800

This comes with nearly everything I offer. I encourage the 2nd photographer for guests counts over 120 but I love the engagement session for getting to know each other better beforehand.

BEST FOR Full day weddings, start to finish with all the shots. Traditional style weddings at larger venues and with guests counts over 100.

*Destination weddings will be built off this package and will be subject to additional travel fee’s.

  • Your first payment will function as your deposit and will lock in your date on my calendar. I have a policy of booking with whoever submits their agreement and first payment for an inquired date.

    My Horsetooth Collection is split in two payments while all of my other collections are in 1/3 payment installments.

    *Additional Payment plans and options are available upon request.

  • After we’ve had a free consultation call and decided which collection will be the best fit for your wedding plans, I’ll send over a formal proposal with the agreement and payment options via a secure online portal.

  • Currently I offer two unique gifts that are included in some packages as well as available as customizable quantity add-ons.

    1 - Custom engraved USB drive and display case, loaded with all of your edited images in both print ready and social/sharing formats.

    2 - A 20 Page Photo ‘Zine custom designed by me and printed on glossy magazine quality paper.

Engagement Session | $600

Engagement sessions are not only a great way for us to get to know each other before your wedding or booking, but they’re also an excellent opportunity to redefine what getting your picture taken means. You’ll get a sense of my approach and process, putting you at ease on your wedding day.

2nd Photographer | $400*

While I shoot the majority of my weddings solo, I do think it’s important for some weddings to consider adding a second photographer. If the guest count is 120+ I think it helps to obtain full coverage of your guests, especially during cocktail hours.

Additionally, a second photographer can help to build out a more robust and diverse gallery as we are able to almost double our image take from a day of photography.

I only work with professionals that I trust and have the utmost confidence in both their photography abilities and style. Their images are transferred to me for long term safekeeping and archiving and get edited alongside mine.

*Minimum of 2 hours for elopements & 4 for weddings

  • I offer additional hours for $175/hr if included with you initial booking. I also offer additional hours day-of, situation depending, for $250/hr.

  • I offer rehearsal dinner coverage for $225/hr - location depending.

    Rehearsal dinner images will be included in your final gallery.

  • I currently do not offer or include any video coverage with any of my collections or as an add-on service. I prefer to focus my attention and concentration on still images uring your wedding day in an effort to produce the highest quality images possible.
